Following publication of the NHS Long Term Plan (LTP) , the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System (of which we are a part) has launched an engagement exercise across the region. It’s a chance for stakeholders to have their say to help all the ICS partners understand local views on the priorities that are set out in the NHS Long Term Plan. The findings will inform the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Five Year Plan.

The Long Term Plan sets out a number of priorities and ambitions and based on previous conversations with the public, the LTP engagement focuses on a number of them for more detailed discussion. You can also highlight other areas that you would like to be taken into consideration in the shaping of the SYB plan by stating what they are in the final question of the survey.
